Cookies

Nothing about playing Build A Golfer — spinning, building, simulating, or viewing your own history — requires a cookie. What the game does use is your browser's on-device storage (local storage and IndexedDB) to remember your history, personal bests, streak, and settings between visits. That storage is not a cookie, is never sent to a server, and is entirely under your control: clear it, export it, or wipe it from Profile at any time.

If usage analytics are enabled, a small script records anonymous, aggregate page views and gameplay events (for example, that a season was simulated — never the contents of your build) so we can see which parts of the game are actually used. This script does not run, and sets no cookie, until you've had the chance to consent where consent is required.

Build A Golfer is ad-supported. When the ad rail is turned on, it is served by a third-party advertising partner — currently Google AdSense — which may set its own cookies to serve and measure ads and to personalise them based on your activity across sites, subject to your consent choices. These scripts load only after the ad rail is enabled and, where required by law, only after you've responded to a consent prompt; they never load on the spin or build screens.

You can opt out of personalised advertising directly with Google at https://adssettings.google.com, independent of any choice you make on this site.

• Decline or withdraw consent for analytics and advertising cookies at any time from the consent prompt.
• Block or delete cookies entirely through your browser's settings — the game itself will keep working.
• Honour the Global Privacy Control signal, where your browser sends one, as an opt-out of non-essential data sharing.
• Export or permanently delete everything the game has stored on your device from Profile → Reset.

Build A Golfer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through cookies or any other means.
